    A:Incoming transactions show up in your account almost instantly (within a few seconds) but will show as 'Pending' until there have been at least three network confirmations.
    Once a transaction is verified, it will show Complete in green. It means the transaction cannot be reversed and that the funds can be withdrawn.
    Occasionally, transactions are not accepted by the rest of the network and therefore are never considered to be 'confirmed'.

    A:Mining fee is paid to the miners who process the transactions and secure the respective network. Bitbz does not pay the network mining fee on behalf of customers for outgoing digital currency transactions.

  • Q6:How can I get funds back if I send funds to the wrong address.?

    Please contact us if such a situation occurs. Bitcoins sent via email that has not been claimed by the recipient will be returned to the sender.
    ②Sent to bitcoin address
    transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed once sent because of the irreversible nature of digital currency protocols. You should double-check that the address you are sending to exactly matches the address of the recipient before sending.

  • Q7:Why can't I see some of my transactions in the blockchain?

    A:You can view transactions in the public blockchain which records and verifies the legitimacy of transactions in most cases. However, you won't find the off-chain transactions in the blockchain when transferring via initial emails since these transactions.

    A:Deleting addresses from any wallet is highly discouraged since any funds sent to an address which has had its private key deleted will be lost forever. You are able to generate a new address each time you receive funds to protect your future transactions from being tracked.

    A:Now Bitbz do not provide the services of buying or selling bitcoins. Users can serch for some bitcoin exchages to buy bitcoins or exchange bitcoins to your local currency.
